Great hotel, the stuff are super nice and helpful. Family friendly. The hotel is big, clean, great onsen. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. All floors in the hotel and tooms are covered with rugs so if you have allergies take it into consideration. They have a restaurant and went out of their way to make sure they had vegetarian options for us. The breakfast buffet had various of options, and was delicious. The only critique i have is that they serve dumplings which they write to be made of only wheat, milk and egg, so we though its vegetarian, but it had pork inside. Hopefully they will change it. The hotel is up a hill so they have a shuttle to go down to the bus station. I would recommend renting a car instead.

The location and the view were awesome! This was a much better location than Fujikawaguchiko which was mobbed with tourists. This resort hotel was fairly secluded and the view from the room and particularly from the back lawn was best one could hope for. I would highly recommend staying at least one night here because that way you can see Fujisan both at sunset and sunrise. We got lucky because the sky was clear during our stay, thus we got spectacular views of this beautiful snow-covered mountain. The service was absolutely superb, and the restaurants were lovely too, including the French restaurant where we had dinner. They have a shuttle bus that will take from and back to bus stop # 138.

On top of a hill, the hotel commands great views of Mount Fuji and Yamanaka Lake. The hotel has 2 onsen baths, both with views of Mt Fuji, though the one on 2F is smaller and less well maintained and the one on B1 is larger, cleaner and with dry and steam saunas. We loved theJapanese buffet breakfast, which offered a big varieties of dishes. Dinner was not included in the room price and we chose to dine at its Japanese restaurant - which offers quality dishes though a bit pricy.

The hotel was in an excellent location with a perfect view of Mount Fuji and the lake. The service was courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent with a rich selection. The hotel has an onsen (not tattoo-friendly). The tatami room was excellent and very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the view. The double room was spacious, but the bathroom and shower were very small, and there was no balcony. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mount Fuji area.

Mr Yamashita at the front desk was exceptional. His customer service was second to none and he helped me and my little son find excellent solutions for our food & transport challenges! The French restaurant on site was absolutely wonderful. Buffet breakfast was extensive & also great. Shuttle to and from lake with yet another kind and welcoming staff member was greatly appreciated. Room was extremely charming. Spotlessly clean. Grounds stunning.
