Fantastic hotel in the middle of the old town, with breathtaking views. Everyone is super nice and helpful. There is also restaurant where you can eat fresh fish every evening as well as live piano music. Nearby there is very calm and not crowded rocky beach a very good equivalent to the beach in the town which is crowded. Note for those coming with the car - as the hotel is in the closed part of old town you need to find parking space out of it. Please contact the hotel before you come. They will give you very precise instructions. Without those I would surely be lost. They will also help you with bringing the luggage to the hotel and taking it back when checking out. In short the hotel provides fantastic service.

Take into consideration: you have to walk about 5 min to the nearest beach or parking, but you walk among narrow cobbled stone streets, feels like Italy :) The staff helps with all the luggage with a mini golf cart 😀 Ladies, leave your heels at home 😉 You are away from the havok of the town (5 min away), still enjoying a lot of amazing restaurants nearby, but the one at the location - Miguel de Cervantes is one of the best! The staff is amazing, ready to help with a smile; Always clean; A day at the pool is a must; Wonderful breakfast and goooood coffee In the summer night, at the restaurant, nice live music;

All was terrific! The location and incredible view from our room, opening the shutters in the morning to the sea, listening to a couple of storms at night. Sitting on the terrace soaking up the atmosphere. Our room was beautifully furnished in keeping with the age of the building. Very helpful staff & all areas were super clean. Small pleasant pool and spa area (we didn't use the latter). Golf cart transport for luggage from car park below.

The appartment was beautiful, spacious and very quiet. We loved the balcony overlooking the bay. We also loved being next to the restaurant for breakfast and afternoon drinks. There was a great bathroom upstairs and a useful downstairs loo. The living room and kitchen were very comfortable. All of the staff were excellent particularly the lady who came to clean our room - she did a great job.

Everything was great except the breakfast - it was not up to the standard of the place (poor selection and products of not the highest quality). In a hotel like this I would expect sth way better - with better breakfast I would give 10/10. But still a very nice place to stay in Ulcij.
